I'm refering to the Wally West version of the Flash from the stellar Mark Waid and Grant Morrison runs. Not from some MK vs DC writing hack. Also, the Flash is often depowered in media. He is considerably slower in fighting games (obviously, because the regular human mind can't keep up with the speed of the Flash) and the Justice Leage animated series. But again, those aren't the instances to which this post is refering to.

Wasn't there an episode in Batman where he managed to subdue the flash? I remember watching it. So I wouldn't be quick to bet against the bats
